Who we are. v001 (v001.de) — the company behind superkind.ai and boilr.ai. Contact: apply@v001.de.

What we collect. Exactly what you put into the application form: name, email, optional LinkedIn/website, optional location, your message, your CV (PDF), plus the role you applied for and which of our sites you came from.

Why. To process your application and get in touch with you about it (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR, § 26 BDSG). Nothing else — no marketing, no reselling, no profiling.

Where it lives. Applications are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to the v001 founding team; your CV is stored on Vercel's file storage under a non-guessable link.

How long. We delete applications at the latest 6 months after the process ends, unless you explicitly agree that we keep yours on file for future roles.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability — one email to apply@v001.de is enough. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
